“I came to Lunts Heath Tyres & Exhaust as a walk in due to breaking down. From this point forward, they showed a great deal of kindness & support. The team had to fit me in amongst the scheduled work, unfortunately due to the situation my car required a lot of work however, the team did all they could to fix it in a timely manner, being honest & supportive as the situation developed.
Whilst the work was being done, I could not have been shown more kindness or been more cared for, with food & refreshments offered in case I had not eaten. Unfortunately, as they fixed the initial breakdown issues another appeared now the car was running. This was an unexpected cost however, they were very kind & supportive & talked me through next steps in the moment I felt overwhelmed.
The parts were ordered there & then, with the car fixed the next working day. Whilst I do hope I do not need to take my car again in soon, I would not hesitate to return to Lunts Heath as not only are they the loveliest people I have had the pleasure of meeting at a garage but it is clear they show a great deal of care for their customers, again I am very grateful for all the help, kindness & support shown. Thank you to the team!”
