Further update

The site is now secured but is in the hands of structural engineers who will need to examine the buildings before we are allowed to access them

I’m very much hoping that this will be complete by the end of next week

Again if your bikes are in with us we can only apologise! It’s frustrating for everyone involved including us

HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!

We have secured a new premises very close by which will allow us to expand our business and offer better services and a better premises and some exciting opportunities!!!

Right, slightly more of an update.

We are currently unable to access the site and I forsee this being the case a week or so.

If you have a bike in with us I can only apologise and assure you that I’m doing everything possible to get them out and back to customers.

Some bikes are damaged but not badly and not many. However, I need a chance to properly assess the damage before I’m in a position properly update customers.
This will be covered by insurance so please don’t worry.

We are looking for a new premises and may be in the right heading direction! We cannot operate in the current unit and it seems unlikely we’ll be able to go back any time soon.

Thank you for all the messages of support and offers of help. You guys mean the world to us and we want to get back online to keep you on the road!

I will keep you updated as soon as I know more.

We are going to come back from this bigger and better!!

Had an opportunity to take stock of what’s occurred today.

Firstly, some people on the site have lost everything so my heart goes out to them.

We have been very lucky. Our building is badly damaged but the stuff inside seems to have survived.

As soon as I can return customers bikes, I’ll let you know and be in touch.

In terms of work, we will be shut for the foreseeable as the site is locked down and we are not in a position to work.

I’m liaising with insurance and emergency services to try and get this moving ASAP.

Thank you to all the customers who have taken the time to reach out and offer assistance. It’s really appreciated.

Apologies to those who have been caused inconvenience by these events.

Thank you for everyone’s concern and messages. We’re all okay despite the workshop being quite badly damaged. It’s not currently on fire and fingers crossed will be able to save everything. The whole site has gone up. It’s a bit like Ground Zero.

Also had a lovely z900 in for an install of a full chigee tpms and rider display system with front and rear camera
