What’s included in your stay with us at 5 Meadows Gold standard caravan.

🏠You will be staying in a Ambleside Premier (with sliding doors) 2025 model caravan, length 41ft x14ft Width.
❤️With 2 twin rooms and a double and a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge.
⚡️gas Central heating
🚿 Ensuite to master double and a family bathroom both with showers.
🛏️bed linen included as we will make up all beds before each stay.
🫧Towels will be available in the caravan for each stay.
🎇All your basic necessities will be available.

There is a shop on site for anything else that may be required.

All bookings will require a £50 refundable deposit which will reserve the dates for your booking and will be refunded after the caravan has been checked after your stay.

Dates in December 2026 are available please ask for more details.

Payments by instalments available if required and full payment is due 30 days before your holiday. If holiday is canceled within the last 30 days the deposit will not be refunded but any payments towards the holiday will be refunded.

All prices do not include entertainment passes but you can add these on yourself upto 12 weeks before your break via the haven app or at Reception when you arrive.

Good morning, I forgot to say that we can not take any bookings from 1st Jan 26 to the First week in March 26 due to the site rules that no one is allowed to stay overnight during this time. Thank you

Sorry no pets in our caravan.
£50 refundable deposit required on booking which will be refunded once caravan has been checked after use.
Full payment for holiday will be required 1 month before the start of your stay.
Taking bookings for 2026 from March to end of Dec 2026.
