Currently, this is the stage we’re at with our LWB Mercedes Sprinter conversion. On our next conversion, we’ll be sharing videos covering some of the earlier stages of the build too.

We’ve created our first video on making pillar covers. We’ve had a number of messages asking how we finish this area of the van, so we thought we’d share our process. If you have the tools to do it yourself, this method can work out much cheaper than buying pre made covers online and in our opinion, it also gives a much better finish.

One issue with many prefabricated products is that they don’t always fit properly, especially if you haven’t used exactly the same flooring or materials as the company used when designing them. Making your own allows you to achieve a much more precise, custom fit.

We’ve got an idea… 👀🚐

Over the years, we’ve converted a lot of vans and we’re often asked how we do certain parts of a conversion.

So, we’re thinking of starting something a little different and sharing our knowledge with you! 🔧

From insulation and flooring to furniture, under slung tanks and all the little details in between, we’d love to create step by step guides and tips to help anyone who’s thinking about, or currently working on, their own campervan conversion.

Just had some fantastic photos sent over of one of our conversions we completed a couple of years ago, now exploring the stunning landscapes of Norway! 🇳🇴

It’s always great to see where our conversions end up and the adventures they take their owners on!

We’re well underway with our latest LWB Sprinter conversion! 🚐✨

The shower unit is now complete, featuring recessed LED lighting in the storage recesses and backlit LED lighting in the ceiling. The pull-out Simploo composting toilet, mounted on heavy duty runners, is also finished and it’s looking 👌

All of the first fix wiring is now complete too, ready for the next stages of the build.

We’ve also finished the oak flooring, including a raised herringbone layout at the front. Beneath the raised section, we’ve fitted the drawer runners ready for the exterior table to be installed.

Next up, insulation, followed by lining the walls!

Our Conversion Prices 🚐✨

We’ve had lots of emails, WhatsApp messages and comments asking about the cost of our camper conversions, so we thought we’d give you a rough guide.

Every conversion we build is completely bespoke, so we can’t give a fixed price without knowing exactly what you’re looking for. The final cost depends on your layout, number of berths, and whether you’d like a shower and toilet included.

💰 Guide Prices:

🚐 4 Berth (with shower & toilet): £26,000 – £32,000

🚐 2 Berth (without shower & toilet): £23,000 – £28,000

🎨 Exterior resprays are priced separately and are an additional cost to our full conversion packages.

Another LWB Mercedes Sprinter conversion completed this week and collected by its new owner today! 🙌

We absolutely love how this one has turned out, stylish, practical and packed with features.

Another full conversion complete! This long wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter is now finished and ready for collection tomorrow.

Built for comfortable off grid living, this van features a fixed double bed, a fully enclosed shower and toilet, a spacious kitchen, and a generous front seating area, everything needed to travel in comfort.

The exterior has been finished with a full Raptor respray, Rogue alloy wheels, upgraded exterior lighting, and a Fiamma awning, giving it a rugged yet premium look.

We’re proud of how this one has turned out and can’t wait for its new owner to hit the road!

We recently posted about our next build, a LWB Sprinter with one of our pop top roof installations.

The shower room is now almost complete, and it’s an absolute beauty!

It features a custom made metal shower tray with a sleek black powder coated finish, concrete shower panels, and a stunning rose gold recessed niche that adds a real touch of luxury.

Best of all, we’re currently building a pull out drawer system for the composting Simploo toilet, making the space as practical as it is stylish.

There’s still plenty more to come on this build, so keep an eye out for the next update!

The kitchen units are now installed, featuring an undermount Belfast sink, a Thetford Triplex three ring hob and oven, a pull out shower mixer tap, and beautiful solid oak worktops.

Opposite the kitchen, there’s additional worktop space with practical storage shelving above, providing plenty of room for food preparation and everyday essentials.

At the rear of the van, the bench seating is now fully completed, bringing the living area together and creating a comfortable, functional space.
