New Arrival! 🚐

We collected this LWB Sprinter just last week, and it was reserved with a deposit almost immediately.

Since then, progress has been moving at pace!

Underneath the van, we’ve installed an underslung gas tank, waste water tank, and twin fresh water tanks, giving an impressive 140 litres of fresh water capacity. 💦

Inside, we’ve fully insulated the floor and ceiling, fitted the side space pods, counter battened the walls and ceiling, laid the ply subfloor and premium oak flooring, and built the framework for the shower area.

The conversion is taking shape nicely, and there’s plenty more to come, stay tuned for updates! 🔨✨

A few weeks ago, we shared a LWB Mercedes Sprinter that we had sourced, and it didn’t hang around for long.

We quickly took a deposit on the van, and the build is already well underway. So far, we’ve completed the following:

* Underslung water tanks fitted
* Underslung gas system installed
* Floor and ceiling fully insulated
* New ply subfloor installed
* Skylight and MaxxFan fitted
* Side space pods installed
* All CRV windows fitted

Plenty more to come as the build progresses.

The Mercedes Sprinter LWB is back from the body shop following a full Raptor respray, and we’ve also fitted a Fiamma side awning on a Vamoose awning rail to work seamlessly with the pop top roof.

The kitchen units are now fully completed, with the new seats being installed this week.

We’re now very close to completing this fantastic full conversion.
