I was shocked and honoured to be invited to the 'Best of Britain' showcase at the and then just blown away to recieve 'Judges choice' award for the Hillman Husky!
I didn't build this car to win trophies, so when it does get this kind of recognition, i genuinely don't know how to react. It was a vision of mine, its a fun car to look at whether its your bag or not, and it always ignites debate, questions and generally all round smiles! Such a warm community to be welcomed into and accepted for not following any formulas, just being different.
The car continues to p**s me off on a daily basis, it has issues, weird noises, burning smells, un-nerving clunks but when you hit the open road on full pedal.... everything dissapears! Pure enjoyment, the essence of why we do this.

Thank you to the judges for recognising the same vision as me 😊

Topping off the weekend with catching up with some old friends, making new friends and chewing over these spectacular cars with other builders.

Then... the Belair we restored a few years back scoops 'Best paint'. Superb 👌

Job roles consist of: panel be**er, filler work, prepper, polishing and detailing, ceramic coating.

This is NOT an entry level position, experience in classic car restoration is essential.

We are a NOVOL Golden partner, experience in using the products is an advantage, but training can be given.

4 day working week with flexible hours.
