Rudolf is pumped up and raring to go…!

Thanks to ‘Doctor’ Danny, Rudolf has a clean bill of health and is all set to bring festive cheer to the people of Wetherby!
Rudolf will be doing the rounds during December so please look out for him!

Rudolf and friends will also be appearing at the Lions famous Dickensian Market on 8th December. Please come along and enjoy the festive atmosphere and have your photo taken with Rudolf and his sleigh.
He will also be at Morrisons Supermarket of Saturday 14th December from 10.00am – 2.00pm.
Again, you can have photos with him and the sleigh!

Due to a close family member testing positive for COVID-19 our household are now having to self-isololate. As a result Carr’s Tyres has had to close with immediate effect. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we have to responsibly follow the government guidelines to help keep everyone safe.

We wish all our customers a lovely Christmas and we will see you all again when we re-open on Monday 4th January.

In light of the uncertainty we are all facing with the COVID-19 outbreak, Carr's Tyres are taking precautions to keep our customers safe.

Firstly, we are still open our normal working hours. That will be the case until any government guidelines advise not to and further measures are needed to be taken to control the spread of the virus.

In the event we personally have to take the next step to self-isolate we will close with immediate effect and will inform you via this page. We hope it doesn't come to that but, we also understand the necessary precautions we as individuals have to take in helping control this virus, and to protect the vulnerable people in our society.

Good hygiene is absolutely critical and we are taking this very seriously. As you can understand, garages are very hard places to keep clean but we are putting in the following measures.

* We are cleaning thoroughly with disinfectant on a regular basis and making sure all areas with customer contact are sanitised as often as we can. All office surfaces you are likely to come into contact with will be wiped down after every customer. This includes our card machine which has the most person to person contact.

* Hand cleaning is paramount so after every customer hands will be washed and new latex gloves worn for each job. We also have hand sanitiser on our desk and we encourage all our cutomers to use this on entering and leaving our premises.

*All chairs and tables in our waiting area will be regularly cleaned with disinfectant.

* Could we please also encourage our customers to stay just in the waiting area of our garage. The workshop section is very hard to keep sanitised due to the nature of our work but we will try very hard to keep thus area as clean as is possible.

Your health is our number one priority and we aim to keep providing a normal service while we can.

We have some great news ! As From Monday the 2nd of July Carrs Tyres will be under new ownership as Andy is retiring. Danny Foster who has 20 years Tyre fitting experience will be here from Monday to offer you a fast and efficient service, Danny will also be able to offer 4 wheel alignment and locking nut removal. We hope you will continue to use Carrs Tyres and support Danny in his new venture and would also like to thank you all for the custom and support you have given us 😊
