Nicholson Coachbuilders Appoints Head of Sales.

Nicholson Coachbuilders is pleased to announce the appointment of Louis Wilcox as Head of Sales.

Louis brings valuable experience and in-depth knowledge of the high-end coachbuilding sector, with a strong understanding of the standards, attention to detail, and customer expectations that define this specialist market. His background gives him a clear appreciation of the craftsmanship, technical expertise, and personalised service required when working with discerning clients and commissioned vehicle projects.

In his new role, Louis will lead Nicholson Coachbuilders’ sales activity, supporting the company’s continued growth while further strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts across the country.

The role requires not only commercial focus, but also the ability to understand complex customer requirements, communicate the value of premium coachbuilding solutions, and work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver the highest standards of quality and service.

Louis’ appointment reflects Nicholson Coachbuilders’ ongoing commitment to combining expert craftsmanship with trusted customer relationships and a first-class sales experience.

The future of bespoke ceremonial vehicles is taking shape.

CJ Williams Funeral Service has commissioned a Bentley hearse and two limousines through Nicholson Coachbuilders, marking the beginning of a new partnership built on craftsmanship, detail and shared ambition.

CJ Williams Funeral Service has commissioned a bespoke fleet of ceremonial vehicles comprising a Bentley Nicholson hearse and two limousines, marking the beginning of what promises to be a remarkable partnership between CJ Williams Funeral Service, Bentley Motors and Nicholson Coachbuilders.

“It was a pleasure yesterday to visit Bentley Motors at Crewe to order the chassis for our first Nicholson Bentley fleet comprising of a hearse and two limousines. The whole process totally surpassed previous experiences. We were able to discuss individual hide and carpet requirements along with paint finishes whilst visiting the factory. We very much look forward to delivery of the vehicles at the turn of the year and what will hopefully be a long working relationship between Williams Funerals, Woodall Nicholson and Bentley Motors.” Simon Williams, CJ Williams Funeral Service.

We are pleased to confirm the expansion of our Mercedes 214 hearse range with the introduction of a new 6.2m 2-bearer model, giving funeral directors even greater choice and flexibility.

Developed in response to customer feedback and operational requirements, the new 2-bearer hearse has been in development since January 2026 and has already secured a strong order bank ahead of its official launch at NFE this month.

The 2 bearer deck will be available in both AMG Line and Exclusive Premium.
