We are getting so many requests for new Club Stand Pitches and we are adding them daily . If you want to attend, please speak to your club and get them to contact us , [email protected] and if your club isn't listed we can add it within hours so your members can book "Club Stand Ticket" and select your club.

Facebook have changed so many settings recently so we will have to post more frequently so these posts get seen.

All other tickets still the same, and we have kept the entry prices the same for the last few years - If you pre book Driver and passenger come for £10 . Not many places you can get in for £5 each in this day and age , and helping raise money for local causes and charities.

Dont forget the family tickets if you just want to attend with your children for the rides and entertainment with your dog.

Entry instructions and advice. Please allow enough time for your journey so you can arrive in good time and relax . Better to be early and wait.
Location. Weedon Park, Weedon ,Aylesbury Bucks HP22 4NN Sunday 19th May .

There will obviously be slight traffic delays and congestion on the A413 and we expect peak times to be between 9.30am -12pm.
Please have your Tickets ready in your windscreen so we can Marshall you in and park you up in your class or club.

Pre-Booked Exhibitors We again invite and urge all PRE-BOOKED vehicle exhibitors to allow time for your journey and arrive by/from 8am onwards so you can avoid delays and reduce traffic congestion on the A413 and we will get you parked up.

Exhibitors coming in from the A418 Leighton Buzzard Wing MK direction , can follow the yellow sign boards along the A418 directing you through Aston Abbots which will allow you straight into the field from Weedon avoiding Aylesbury Traffic.(your satnavs will adjust when you turn off your route) This will save the extra 8 miles and potentially 30-40 minutes.

Public entry you may arrive after 9am if you want to get here and park up and sit in the public car park, but please be aware that the public payment gate will not open until 10am . - Dog Friendly but must be on a lead.

NON-Booked Vehicle Exhibitors , it will be strictly on a Space permitting basis after 10.30am. You may arrive early but you will be asked to park in the overflow carpark until booked vehicles are in and we have the space. We need to prioritise Pre-booked exhibitors first and I’m sure you all understand that. You can always use your ticket to get in have a look round then go back for your car once the volume of cars are in.

Traders and caterers. You can enter from 6.30am Sunday morning so you can get set up All non trade vehicles must be out of the area by 9am. You will still have until 10am to carry on set up until the public gate opens.
