🥾I’m proud to support Rorky & chums take on the Dolomites! ⛰️
This September, my son Rorky and his crew are swapping comfortable shoes for hiking boots and taking on a seriously tough mountain challenge.
They’re doing it to raise money for Young Lives vs Cancer, in memory of Rorky’s gorgeous wife Lise, who sadly lost her five-year battle with cancer last year. ❤️
Hiking from Alpbach, Austria; the place Rob and Lise first met- across the spectacular Dolomites to Venice.
The herculean challenge involves exhaustively long days, tackling thousands of metres of arduous climbing, energy sapping high-altitude terrain and some death defying via ferrata – ‘The Iron Path’ – look it up, it’s seriously impressive and you will wonder “what on earth are they thinking?” 🤣
Lise left smiles in the hearts of everyone who knew her, and this epic trip is a pretty spectacular way to honour her.
Every donation, however big or small, will help support Young Lives vs Cancer and the vital work they do for young people and families living with cancer.
