From routine servicing to more complex repairs, they're gaining hands-on experience alongside our skilled technicians, building the knowledge and confidence they'll carry throughout their careers.

We're incredibly proud to support and inspire the next generation of technicians, and these three are a real credit to the Ferdotti team. Their willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic make them a pleasure to work with, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for them.

🌟 Meet the Team – Karen 🌟

Every great garage has someone working hard behind the scenes, and for us, that's Karen.

Karen has been part of the Ferdotti Motors family for an incredible 19 years, keeping the garage looking its best and making sure we're all well looked after.

But that's not all... Karen is also our resident chef! Every Thursday morning, she treats the team to a delicious bacon or sausage breakfast. And if you happen to pop into the garage on a Thursday, don't be surprised if she offers you one too!
Her legendary beans and cheese on toast are reserved for special occasions—and trust us, they're worth the wait!

Karen's kindness, generosity, and sense of humour make her a huge part of what makes Ferdotti Motors such a great place to work and visit.

Wet Belt Replacement Done Properly at Ferdotti Motors

When it comes to wet belt replacements, it's not just about changing the belt - it's about carrying out the job properly from start to finish.

At Ferdotti Motor Services, we complete every aspect of the repair, including:

- Removing the sump and checking the oil strainer is completely clear
- Replacing the camshaft drive belt (wet belt)
- Thoroughly cleaning the engine components with brake cleaner
- Removing all timing belt debris to help protect your engine
- Fitting genuine manufacturer parts for quality and reliability

A failing wet belt can contaminate your engine with rubber debris, so it's essential that the entire system is cleaned and inspected - not just the belt replaced.

Our workshops are always busy, but our team like to have fun along the way.

We had a great time at our monthly Ferdottis BBQ yesterday and more importantly at our team penalty shoot out. Just because England are sadly out of the world cup, doesn't hold us back.
