​Import Car Parts Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team!
​The Role
​This is an office-based position. Your daily tasks will include:
• ​Answering Phones: Taking orders and providing helpful advice.
• ​Online Management: Responding to emails and eBay messages professionally.
• ​Customer Relations: Dealing with enquiries and issues with a polite, "can-do" attitude.
• ​IT Tasks: Using our internal systems to process orders and check stock.
​The Requirements
• ​Computer Skills (Essential): You must be confident using basic office software, email, and eBay.
• ​Mechanical Knowledge: You should have a basic understanding of car components (e.g., knowing the difference between a camshaft and crankshaft sensor).
• ​Communication: Excellent telephone manner and professional writing skills.
The Details
• ​Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• ​Location: West Auckland, Bishop Auckland.
