On Monday 6th October 2025 the post office will be opening at 10am instead of 9am.

On Thursday 9th October 2025 the post office will be closing slightly earlier at 3.30pm.

We are delighted to say the post office is back open to our normal opening times now after our staffs annual leave and absence. We would also like to say we still have no issues with getting fuel. a few people have been ringing us still.

From Thursday 31st July the Post Office will be back to normal opening hours. Opening hours have changed slightly see below
Mon - Fri 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4.45pm.
Please note the post office will be closed for an hour at lunch time.

Just a little update on things.
Firstly we have had a lot of people ringing to ask if we have fuel still. Yes we have just had a delivery and we have no problems receiving more.
Secondly the post office will be remaining to be open in the afternoons only until further notice. the times are 12:30 to 4:45.

The post office will be open Thursday 10th 9am till 12pm,
And Friday 11th 9am till 12pm.

Alex would like to thank everyone for your support and understanding while she has had time off to be with her family.

Advance notice of closure.

We will be closing the Garage on the afternoon of Monday July the 7th due to a bereavement from 11:30.

We will be open in the morning for fuel and shop items as normal.

We greatly appreciate the patience of our customers and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to staff absence for illness we are having to adjust the hours of the post office temporarily. we will be opening from 1230 to 430 for the next three days. Then from the 5th of June we will unfortunately have to close the post office until Monday the 23rd.
We will keep people updated via face book and notices in the shop.
Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.
The Garage and Fuel and Shop will remain open as normal.
