NOT JUST CARS 🔧

This 7.5 tonne MAN truck came to us as a non-starter after developing a fault in the air system.

After diagnosing the issue, we found a break in the airline, carried out the repair, checked everything over and got it back up and running 🛻

With commercial vehicles, downtime costs money, so getting the fault found and fixed quickly really matters.

Cars, vans or commercial vehicles, if something isn’t right, speak to AW Auto Repairs 👨🏻‍🔧

TURBO TROUBLE DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN YOU NEED A WHOLE NEW TURBO 👨🏻‍🔧

This Skoda Superb came into AW Auto Repairs with a turbo-related issue, and after carrying out the right checks, the problem was traced back to the actuator.

The turbo actuator helps control boost pressure, so when it starts to fail you can see symptoms like loss of power, poor acceleration, limp mode, or warning lights 🫣

If your car is showing signs of a turbo issue, get in touch and we’ll take a look 👀

FUEL PRICES AREN’T GETTING ANY EASIER ON THE WALLET 🫣⛽️

But remapping isn’t always about chasing more power. An economy-focused ECU remap can optimise the way your engine delivers its power and torque, helping improve fuel efficiency during everyday driving.

If you’re looking to get the most out of every tank, speak to AW Auto Repairs and see whether a remap could be suitable for your vehicle 💨

BUYING A USED CAR? Don’t let clean paintwork and a good price be the only things you look at 👀

Before you commit, make sure you check the vehicles history, take it for a proper test drive, and look beyond what you can see on the surface. A few simple checks can help you spot problems early and potentially save you from a very expensive mistake later on.

Not confident in checking a car yourself? Speak to AW Auto Repairs before you buy 👨🏻‍🔧
