In most professional workshops, the business model includes supplying the parts required for repairs. This allows the garage to:

✔️ Provide warranty on both parts and labour
✔️ Take full responsibility for the repair
✔️ Maintain efficiency and avoid delays caused by incorrect or incomplete parts

Our profit on parts does not come from inflating retail prices.
We purchase parts at trade prices, often significantly lower than public retail prices. The margin comes from this difference — not from overcharging customers.

In reality, when customers purchase parts themselves, they often pay the same (or more) than the garage would charge — but without receiving:
