Fork rebuild on these Yamaha YZF Thundercat forks. Stripped and cleaned properly and rebuilt with new oil,seals,clips and bushes
As you can see the bushes have been butchered previously and not installed correctly.
This can cause wear on the stanchions and the fork legs (more leaks )

Big old BMW R1200 RT in for some electrical issues(indicator button) and caught just in time the ZFE unit had self destructed
Because most BMWs are CanBus (no fuses) it can be troublesome to diagnose and replace main electrical components without extreme dealership bills.
We managed to source and code in a replacement ZFE unit and the bike was up and running again.
New discs,pads and MOT and it’s ready for another 70k miles ! 🏍👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
So much to remove just to even access the electrics

Triumph Tiger Explorer with an unexpected gear changing issue ! Jumping out of 4th and not selecting neutral properly
Luckily this was caught in time before an inspection hole ended up in the engine !
Thanks to destination triumph Solent for helping locate the elusive output selector shaft
Bike all back together with new tyre/service and an MOT

We are now offering a winter health check for your 2 wheeled steed!🏍🛵

For just £12.50 we will give your bike a health check which includes where applicable - tyre pressure/tread check,chain tension and lubrication, brake fluid check,oil level check, all lights and suspension check(visual).

Any parts that require replacement repair will be an additional cost.

This is a non booking service so drop in and we can help you over the winter months.

Very original R1 in for some light Recommision and carb issues (shock!!!)
Very poorly assembled carbs using incorrect parts and missing bits and pieces and a crushed diaphragm

All new parts ordered up while these soak in the ultrasonic bath.
Green jets and stale fuel 🤢🤢

This 90s weapon will be ready roll again in no time
