Whoever thought vented bonnets were a good idea want lining up with whoever thought recessed spark plugs were a good idea and I cant say what I'd do to them on here but there would be electricity to very sensitive parts involved

Due to some "unplanned" mid season upgrades I have alot of 2JZ-GTE parts that can be sold (I'll update the list as I find/remember stuff)

All the ancillaries from a stock VVTI engine so alternator, PS pump, air con pump, injectors, throttle body etc

Complete Front sump setup

Ecumaster Emu classic (the silver one) had a canbus upgrade and comes with the Bluetooth module

Ecumaster logging module, brand new, won't work with the above ecu due to the canbus upgrade

A pair of non vvti BC 264 cams with HKS adjustable pulleys

Pair of non vvti rocker covers in black with AN12 breathers welded in

2jz auto bellhousing and adapter for a samsonas

Merry Christmas people of the interwebs 🎄☃️

Remember if your not where you want to be or with the people you want to be with its just another day and there will always be other days to spend with family and friends and its not the situation your in but what you make of it.

For now eat, drink and be as merry as possible
Don't forget to skype/facetime/zoom your friends and family before you get too merry though 😉

We may be open to the public on the 8th of January but who knows whats going to happen in these strange times we have all had plans/got plans that have been disrupted in one way or another so I think the best advice is to take each day as it comes and make the best of it.

These are some pictures I came across on Facebook and some of a vehicle parked outside an mot station today

If you want to take care of your vehicle and have the work last more than 6 months then get in touch, we've been working with AW Fabrication over the last few months and her work is excellent

Theres no get it done and get it out of the door attitude, ive seen her spend far more hours than is being billed for getting a panel perfect because her attitude is "it gets done right or it doesn't get done"

Now that might be my fault because thats my attitude towards everything I do.

But its not often I actually get to say this as I'm usually correcting other people's mistakes but if it's my fault I'll hold my hands up, especially when it means things are done right

I'll put some pictures in the comments of the work I've seen her do as I can't bring myself to put them with those up there that someone is probably proud of 🙈

So.....

Its been a while since I last posted due to moving/being ill/having to catch up with everything that needed to be done.

But I finally remembered to take some pictures today

First up a lovely very low 530d touring that came in for a manual transmission conversion, a check over which showed a couple of other issues that are now rectified and while it was on the ramp a 4 wheel alignment

Next up was a polar opposite and the first hybrid we've had through the door but still Japanese and I do love a suzuki (in the best colour they have done too) so I wasn't unhappy about it

Unfortunately the poor little thing has had an argument with a kerb and after doing an alignment check which included measuring the wheelbase it still wasn't obvious why it had 1 degree more camber and was 5mm shorter on the passenger side so it was back to basics, wheels off both sides and visually compare the two.

The issues have now been found, the parts have been ordered and it will be back on the road in no time (we'll as soon as the parts arrive)

So if your looking for alignment let us know
If you can make it over a speed bump we can do it and if you can't we still have ways to get your car on the ramp
