This Volkswagen Crafter came to us after the owner had only owned it for just one week! 👌
🔥 Remap Results: ✅ Power increased from 121HP ➡️ 161HP (+40HP) ✅ Torque increased from 300Nm ➡️ 370Nm 💥
The customer also asked us to sort a few other jobs while it was with us: ⚡ Installation of an inverter to provide 230V power while off-grid. 🔧 Repair of a fault with the DC-DC charger, which was repeatedly blowing fuses. After some fault finding, we identified the problem and corrected the wiring properly, getting everything working as it should. ✅

🔋⚠️ Parasitic Battery Drain Diagnosed & Repaired ⚠️🔋
This customer's vehicle came in with a battery drain issue, where the battery would go flat within just a few hours. 🚗🔧
We carried out a parasitic draw test and quickly identified the cause — an aftermarket Android media unit. 📱📻 The unit was drawing nearly 6 amps with the ignition switched off! 😲
To confirm the fault, we removed the media unit and retested the vehicle. Once the car completed its shutdown cycle, the current draw dropped to 0 amps, proving the Android unit was the root cause of the problem. ✅
Some Android head units do not have a proper deep sleep mode, meaning the processor stays awake even when the vehicle is switched off, continuously drawing power. ⚡🔋
After making some wiring modifications behind the unit, we successfully eliminated the power draw when the key is removed. 👍🔧
Another happy customer back on the road with a reliable battery and no more unexpected flat battery issues! 🚗💨

This vehicle came into us with multiple faults that needed investigating. After carrying out our diagnostics, we discovered that a previous garage had cut wires on the ECU loom ❌⚡, causing a range of issues.
Our team carefully repaired the damaged wiring 🛠️✅ and restored everything back to the correct standard.
While the vehicle was with us, the customer also requested a Stage 1 remap 📈🚀. After completing the remap, we achieved some fantastic results:
🔥 Power Increase: 147 BHP ➡️ 200 BHP (+36%) 🔥 Torque Increase: 370 Nm ➡️ 450 Nm (+22%)
Once all work was completed, the customer came down to collect the vehicle and took it out for a road test 🚘💨. They were extremely pleased with the performance improvements and the overall repair work.
We took the time to explain exactly what had been done, including the ECU wiring repairs and the remap process, ensuring complete transparency throughout the job 🤝.

🚗🔧 Nissan Juke In With Multiple Engine Faults! 🔧🚗
This Nissan Juke arrived with the engine running extremely poorly and multiple fault codes stored. 🤔
The first step was to plug in our diagnostic equipment and investigate the issues. After carrying out a full scan, we found numerous fault codes relating to Cylinder 4. 📊⚠️
We then moved on to checking the wiring loom to ensure there were no shorts, breaks, or damaged wiring causing the faults. During this inspection, we discovered that the Cylinder 2 injector wiring had previously been cut and poorly joined. ❌🔌
✅ We repaired the wiring correctly and carried out further testing.
Next, we performed a resistance check on Injector 4 and found it was reading 12Ω, which is well outside the manufacturer's specification. The injector should have been reading around 200kΩ, confirming it was faulty. 📉
📞 We contacted the customer, explained our findings, discussed the repair options and pricing, and received approval to proceed.
📦 Once the new injector arrived, we: ✔️ Fitted the replacement injector ✔️ Coded it into the ECU ✔️ Cleared all fault codes ✔️ Road tested the vehicle
The result? 🎉
🚗💨 The Nissan Juke was running perfectly again with no faults present!
Even better, the entire diagnosis and repair process was completed within 4 hours, meaning the customer was back on the road the very same day. ⏱️👏
