Most drivers know to check their coolant level but did you know using the wrong coolant can cause serious damage?

One of the biggest myths we come across is that you can simply match the colour already in the expansion tank. Unfortunately, it's not always that simple.

Using the wrong coolant or accidentally mixing incompatible type can lead to expensive cooling system repairs, and we've even seen cases where the wrong fluid has been poured into the coolant reservoir altogether.

😩 Imagine being miles from home, you've had a long day at an event, you're ready to hitch up and head back and then you notice your trailer is starting to break apart.

That's exactly what happened to this customer.

The A-frame on their trailer had started to split and pull away where it attaches to the trailer itself. Not something you want to tow any distance.

Thankfully, they found us!

We got the trailer into the workshop, straightened everything back into position, welded the damaged area and reinforced the A-frame, making it stronger than it was before so they could continue their journey home safely.

It's not always cars and vans that come through our doors. Sometimes it's simply about helping someone who's stuck and getting them safely back on the road.

What a day we've had! Washy Milan played in the Pro-motiv8 tournament today at Washington hub. Despite being a Gen Low team we were moved up to low as they didn't have enough teams for a Gen Low tournament. But that didn't stop the lads from absolutely smashing it! Playing against a couple of quite frankly unsavory teams and some very questionable refereeing the boys managed to come home with the third place trophy and medals, proving to themselves just how far they'll be capable of going this coming season if they put their minds to it. Every single one of them put some serious graft in today and should be extremely proud of themselves.

Player of the tournament:
Stanley Stocks took player of the tournament today after a fantastic tournament, great hands and brave saves all day right up to the penalty shoot out when he made the save in sudden death that would get us the win once Levi slotted his pen home beautifully.

Parents player of the tournament:
Levi Taylor was absolutely fantastic today. He's been a solid rock for us at the back since he signed late last season and today he proved just why he's so vital. This kid makes tackling look like an art from. The amount of times we think we're beaten then bang! He's there out of nowhere with a 37ft slide to win the ball. Absolute class act today mate! And to top it off he scored the winning penalty for 3rd place!

Top goal scorer was Elih Stokoe! What an absolute machine this kid is in front of goal. It doesn't matter how far out he is if there's a gap he'll find it! So many times in fact that our goal tally upper lost count! But it was easily double figures. Well done mate!

A massive thank you to all the parents and supporters. These tournaments are long days but they're behind the team all the way!
