The purpose of Andy Thomas Driver Training and Development is to provide high quality driver education in combination with unrivalled customer service.

• I will endeavour to answer all customer calls in person as soon as possible, 09.00 am to 21.00 pm seven days a week.

ve at the appointed lesson time at least 90% of the time or offer an apology
• I will offer a recap of previous lesson to set base line for tuition
• I will teach in a non confrontational manner.
• I will offer feedback and encouragement linked to specific areas of development
• I will summarise the lesson so pupil is fully aware of strengths and weaknesses and whether the objective was achieved
• I will endeavour to reply to text messages and calls from customers as soon as possible and at the very least the same day.
• I will keep the tuition vehicle in a reasonably clean and tidy condition that reflects the branding and professional image of a drivingschool

Another year comes to an end, my 24th of instructing. Driving test availability is not getting any easier, but managed almost double last year's. 18 tests with 14 passes, a great 77.8%, especially with a national rate of 49.7% and 49/3% locally.
Of those 14 passes, 12 were first time, which is a magnificent 86%, so well done to everyone involved who helped me achieve this. It is your hard work and results, I am there to help and encourage.
