🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM THE DVSA 🚨
DRIVING TEST SWAP CHANGES FROM 1 OCTOBER

Learner drivers — there’s an important change to how you can swap practical driving test appointments.
From 1 October, learners will no longer need to be available at the same time to arrange a test swap.

📞 How it will work:

1️⃣ The first learner calls the DVSA to request the swap.
2️⃣ The second learner then calls the DVSA on the same working day to confirm they’re happy with the swap.

✅ As long as both learners contact the DVSA on the same working day, the swap can be processed.

Previously, both learners had to be available at the same time, so this should make arranging swaps much easier.

⚠️ Important: Both calls must still be made on the same working day.
Please share this with anyone currently waiting for a driving test or looking to swap their test date.
