" I genuinely cannot recommend the team at David Paul of Warrington highly enough.

After experiencing a serious issue with my BMW X3, they were outstanding from start to finish. Their knowledge of BMWs is on another level and it was immediately obvious that they really understand these vehicles properly.

A huge thank you in particular to Sam, who was brilliant throughout the entire process. Rather than just giving me a generic explanation, he actually took the time to bring me into the workshop and physically show me another BMW with the exact same issue I was likely experiencing. That level of transparency and willingness to help gave me a much clearer understanding of the fault and instantly reassured me that I was dealing with genuine specialists.

The diagnostic report they prepared was incredibly detailed and ultimately played a major part in helping me challenge the finance company and progress my case properly. Without that report and their expertise, I honestly do not think I would have achieved the outcome I did.

They were also extremely patient and accommodating throughout the process. They allowed me to keep the car at the garage for several weeks while we navigated the warranty company and repair approvals, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The whole team has been fantastic, including the girls on reception who were always polite, professional, helpful, and excellent with communication throughout.

The repair itself was completed to a very high standard and the entire experience restored my confidence after what had been a very stressful situation.

If you are looking for a genuine BMW specialist, or simply an honest and highly skilled garage, this is the place to go. I would not take my car anywhere else now"

Mini Gearbox service ⚙️

We have had this Mini in with us for a Gearbox oil service. The newer Mini and BMW’s detect when the oil inside the gearbox becomes to worn and requires replacing.

If you are experiencing a “Drive train error” message or “transmission oil required” get in touch. If ignored it can lead to damage to the internal of the gearbox.

Another Fantastic 5 star Review ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Big thank you to Alex for bringing his BMW X3 into us for a complicated coolant loss that had been checked by another garage and cleared of any issues.

Using our vast experience and expert diagnostic skills we found that the head gasket was leaking coolant into the cylinders. We replaced the head gasket and returned it back to Alex fault free. With our detailed report Alex was able to claim back the whole £3000 from his finance company who at first denied all liability.

We go the extra mile in making sure our Customers are looked after and treated fairly!!

A Haldex oil change — done correctly. ⚙️

Here at David Paul of Warrington, we don’t just carry out a standard Haldex oil change — we do it the right way. During the process, it’s absolutely essential that the filter is removed and thoroughly cleaned, not just the oil replaced.
