What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience & Skills:
✅ Sales experience through inbound/ outbound sources
✅ Proven success in one-to-one retail sales
✅ Strong customer service skills
✅ Full UK driving licence
Knowledge & Abilities:
✅ Understanding of FCA compliance
✅ Experience with retail finance & insurance products
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organisational & time management skills
✅ Computer literate

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, going the extra mile to meet customer needs
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Offer tailored packages, including finance
- Keep customers informed throughout the sales process, from order to vehicle delivery
- Consistently meet & exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly goals
- Sourcing leads through social channels, building a following of clients to generate a database
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay - Uncapped Commission
Full-Time Role: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Salary: Basic £25,000 Per Annum | OTE £70,000+
