Golf R in with us for a wishbone replacement and a full alignment after a small bump - this car came in with an instruction of “please can I have it back with a fault free dash too”

After some digging, we found the car had a seized wastegate arm, therefore was underboosting and cause an EML & EPC light, the radar was also out of calibration too so after speaking to the customer we carried out the following additional works:

Replacement turbo ☑️
Set up the actuator correctly ☑️
Front radar re-calibration ☑️
Minor service using Millers oil ☑️
DSG service ☑️

The car was returned fault free and back at full power 😎

Finally got chance to do a few bits on one of my own cars 🤌🏼

Starting strong with some hardrace rear toe arms, a lockout kit and a spicy fast road alignment as the sun is starting to show its face ☀️

Moving on to fitting a new exhaust with new tips, and bringing the car to life with our stage 2 gearbox software which has completely transformed the characteristics of this car 💻 📈

Finishing it off with a nicely with a tinted sunstrip & that’s me ready for the summer 😎
