Recently completed this head gasket job on a Vauxhall Astra, loads of new bits and bobs to get it up and running again, new seals and gaskets aswell as a couple of new water pipes and cambelt, radiator temperature sensor also throwing a code up, turns out the earth was faulty on the plug, created a new one and she's back on the road 🛠️

Vauxhall Corsa auxiliary belt, not designed to be straightforward, engine mount needs to be dropped so you can move the engine up and down to remove bolts, as you can see, this has seen better days. New belt fitted and we're back on the road 🛠️

DPF Pressure Sensor pipes replaced on a 2008 Ford Mondeo

Engine management light was on with a DPF code, these diesel Mondeos are prone for these pipes failing, they simply just crumble and stop doing their job

New hoses fitted and codes cleared and it seems problem is solved 🛠🚘

Few late night diagnostic plug ins this week.

Peugeot 3008 with a dash looking like a pilots cockpit

Same goes on the Honda Civic dash also lit up like Blackpool illuminations

Vauxhall Corsa was reported to have been revving up on its own with the EML on the dash.

All plugged in, faults diagnosed, onto fixing the issues next 🛠
