A new customer through the door today at RLA who was concerned about his engine management light on.

Our team investigated the problem and after wiring test and looking at live data we could confirm nox sensor 2 was indeed faulty.

Now after a call to the dealer we had to prepare the customer for the shocking price of the replacement part which supplied and fitted and was coming in around £1080.00

That’s where we was transparent with the customer and explored all options the price of parts in the trade at the moment seem to be at an all time high but the customer was understanding and happy with the service we provided
