Due to the current COVID 19 crisis affecting the world we have decided to take the following actions in response to government advice and regulations.
Firstly we have decided to follow government advice and reduce our working day to include essential work only. This will include only the following;
- Carrying out MOT’s that have expired or due to expire. Current DVSA Rules have stated anyone with an MOT that expires from 30th March onwards will have it extended for 6 months automatically. We will be happy to carry out any MOT that expires before then.
- Carry out repairs for NHS staff or any key workers who requires MOT’s or repairs to keep them safely on the road. We will do our best to help and where possible keep you on the road.
- Emergency repairs which can not be delayed and are needed to keep the vehicles safely on the road.
We are committed to following the government and WHO guidance and will be disinfecting all vehicles before and after any work carried out.
All staff will be wearing PPE and keeping a 2 meter distance from customers and other staff.
Our opening times have now changed to 9am - 4pm. But please note we are essentially closed only open for emergency work only and MOT's that expire before March 30th 2020.
We kindly ask you to cooperate with us during this difficult time as with all businesses we are experiencing difficulties in staffing and sourcing parts/supplies.
We will keep you updated through our website with any changes in line with what the government advises.
We would like to thank our customers and the community and hope you all stay safe and well during this difficult time.
