Well catching up on some old install that i forgot about.

Peugeot E 3008 was in for a full sound system upgrade.

This brand new, fully electric vehicle got the proper sound treatment.

Complete inner, outer and door card sound treatment.
Front Musway components
Rear Musway coaxials
4x plug and play ESX amplifier
Musway 10 inch active shallow subwoofer with a passive radiant.

E90/E91 Interior Ambient lights.

Fitted and supplied. More information just message.

These kits will work with other vehicles but without inspection i can't guarantee.

Also this is the basic kit. You can add footwell lights, door card pocket and handle lights and speaker grill lights.

Best way to brighten up your boring dash and the interior is with some cool Ambient lights.

So hers my e90 with the boring look and after.

Dream colour led Ambient light kit installed and looking way better than any factory one that comes with the car.

It was quite a pain to install as every door had to be supplied with a permanent 12v supply. Other than that just take it all apart, install and enjoy.

This kit has over 150 different modes through the app and definitely won't get boring in a long time.

And here we have BMW i4 for a full sound system upgrade.

Good god these new car factory sound system are so pore that even older ones sound better than now but not for long.

So up front 3 way system replaced with

ESX Car Audio Systems UK VXB4.2c component set and a set of VBX4.2 coaxials

For the rears only had to use a set of VBX4.2 coaxials to finish the speaker upgrade right.

So for the subwoofers

Helix i5 underseat subs to fil the lover bass / mid bass.
These subs are my favourites.

Also 6.5 inch Quantum sub in the boot space to give more boom to the melody.

Aaand Obviously EXS DSP amplifier to control everything and set it all up as it should be.

All plug and play, no factory wiring damaged or altered. Clean as it would be from the factory.

Now this new BMW i4 will never sound crap anymore.

BMW G21 Fully electric in for a full Speaker and Underseat Subwoofer upgrade.

So 2 sets of Musway UK

CSB42X Coaxial speakers because the car didn't come with factory tweeter pods so fitting set of coaxials in the front witch is much better than the factory one anyway.

Although you can purchase the tweeter pods separately for BMW or on other sites of needed.

And

CSB8W Underseat Subwoofers that are there from factory bit not so good sounding though.

So usual stuff, stripped all out, new stuff installed and here we are. Completely different system all together.

And to mention that later date is did upgrade the factory RAM amplifier system with a m6 Musway dsp amplifier witch turned this system into Completely different one.

Well there you have another Golf.
Can't remember the year now too many editions these days lol

One thin i know is that it's getting some sound system goodness installed.

So on the table we have.

ESX Car Audio Systems UK

VXP 6.2T tweeters
VXP6.2W kickback speakers
VS1100P 11" spare wheel recess subwoofer
DWK10 wiring kit

Musway UK

M6v4 DSP/Amplifier
MyCon smart controller
MSR-V02 Aluminum speaker rings

Vibrofiltr UK

2mm and 1mm sound dedening

Also some acoustic foam

And for the last custom 3d printed tweeter holders
Plus Custom wiring for the dsp and the vehicle so that front upgraded tweeters would be separated from the bottom bass drivers

Meaning that the tweeters are running active and getting controlled via DSP.

Obviously a lot of my magic of taking things apart, dedening, installing, modifying and much more this Golf now sounds like never before.

VW Golf Mk 8.5 Black Edition

In for full sound system upgrade.

As an update the customer chose Focal front Components and rear Coaxials
Speakers are direct replacement so no extra wiring or rings needed. All it needs is a new set of rivets and that's it. Regarding the tweeters you need to glue the new ones is as the old ones are welded in.

An an additional bass customer supplied Vibe 8 inch passive sub and Vibe micro amp that he was using in his previous car

Along side with 6 channel DSP and plug and play wiring.

So everything stripped out, new stuff install and everything got put back.

After a fine tuning this car sounded nothing like it did before.

MK 4 Golf Custom factory location tweeter pods.

So these EDGE super tweeters didn't really fit in tje factory location as they were 2 times the size and it couldn't be installed any other way than making something special.

Caulking gun rings were a perfect fit for these tweeters.

With a bit of fiberglass filler, sanding and wrapping magic i made them fit and looking good.

MK 4 Golf Mod Number 3 if you can call it a Mod.

3 level Amp rack for my 3 amps and the power distribution.

One for bass, one for door speakers and one for tweeters.

And a Pioneer headunit.

Oh and an upgraded alternator.

Can't say really much about it but it works as it should and the sound has improved from the previous install i did.

MK 4 Golf Mod Number 2.

Time for some funky roof liner.
Old roof liner has had it over 20 years. All dirty, worn, torn and covered in oil.
So old material off, witch was a pain and new cover on.

Crushed velvet isn't the nicest material to work with as it's only 2 way stretch but the result was worth it. Obviously not everyone's cup off tea but certainly something different.

MK 4 Golf Mod Number 1.

Aaaaand I have been reunited with my mk4 golf once again.

Another blank canvas that neded some attention and ideas.

So first idea was to get rid off mk4 seats and install e46 bmw front seats and keep mk4 rears as e46 are a bit different all together.

So here is mod number 1 for the golf. BMW e46 front seat swap.

Chap, grind, weld and here we have a fully functional e46 leather seats in the golf.
