C&L Covers design and manufacture high quality custom Covid screens for 100+ vehicles, as well as custom roll-cage/trolley covers and PVC doors/cabs for the fork lift truck industry. With the breakout of the Covid 19 pandemic last year, we designed and manufactured our 1st taxi screen, a year on and we have over 100+ vehicle patterns available and can even make screens for vans and school buses. Hi Everyone

Hope you are all keeping well 😊

December is fast approaching and we would like to keep you up to date with those all-important last order/shut down dates.

With our current lead times the last order date this year will be on the 01.12.21 which will ensure you get your order by the 23.12.21. We will of course endeavour to get as many orders as possible out before the Christmas shutdown but any orders placed after the 01.12.21 will have a due date in the new year.

Depending on our workload we may be able to offer our fast-track service on any orders placed after the 01.12.21 which require a Pre-Christmas delivery.

We shut down for the festive period on the 24.12.21 and will re-open refreshed and energised for the new year on the 04.01.22

Laundry liners for roll cage covers are essential to help maintain sanitary conditions in healthcare and resort facilities.

Hotels and resorts generate a huge amount of laundry, particularly towels and bedding. As extra protection for roll cage covers, laundry liners are made for secure and attractive fit. It’s a much more attractive way to transport the dirty laundry through the corridors than an overflowing laundry cart. Guests see a cover with your facility's colours and logo proudly displayed. The liner will help keep laundry in place. Using a roll cage to store clean laundry and using a laundry liner and cover to protect it makes daily room service efficient for your staff. It’s also a good way to maintain an accounting of your inventory.

Introducing the C&L Shutter cover :)

Are you bored of that cold looking, grey metal of the shutters in your warehouse?

We were and decided to do something about it - We wanted to take advantage of the bright sunshine but did not want any of the freezing cold wind, occasional rain and hail we have been experiencing recently.

So we custom made a shutter cover to do exactly that. These can be made with windows and/or a central door and they really do lighten the place up.

Stay positive everyone :) - We are currently in Stage 2 of the lockdown roadmap, quickly heading towards stage 3 (Around 17th May). This means more freedom and there will no doubt be an increased need for private hire taxis to get out and about but we will still need to be cautious. Here at C&L Covers we are able to provide a dividing screen to keep you and your passengers safe, with over 100+ vehicles catered for including cars, vans and even school buses.

PVC Waste Bags/End of Aisle Bags in Wallasey

“Keep Your Workplace Tidy” waste bags are made of heavy-duty PVC for strength and durability, they are reusable, waterproof, wipe clean and a cost-effective solution to controlling waste in the workplace, that will last longer than traditional products and are an inexpensive way of keeping your workplace tidy.

The standard bag is W800mm x H1100 with a 450mm opening and includes three conveniently positioned handles (one either side and one at the base) to help aid movement when positioning or emptying the bag. Across the top of the bag at the back we use a stiffening bar, to make sure the bag stays flat against the racking and an awning strip across the front which helps keep the bag in an open position.

To help attach the bag to your racking or bar, there are four equally spaced eyelets which allow the bag to be hung from different sized racking with the 2 hooks provided or alternatively with cable ties. Available in a variety of colours which is ideal if you have to discard of recyclable and non-recyclable materials and the bags can be custom made to any size, with print if required, all made here right here in Wallasey.
