2017 Vauxhall Vivaro Campervan 1.6 r9m single turbo for its annual service.

Engine oil and oil filter change

New air filter

New cabin filter

New fuel filter housing assembly

All usual service checks and adjustments carried out

Coolant and brake fluid within specifications, gearbox oil not due.

Supplied and fitted rear brake pads

And supplied and fitted new genuine electric window switch due to intermittent fault.

Service interval reset and full ecu diagnostics carried out.

2016 1.6 Vauxhall Vivaro for timing chain renewal.

This one was excessively worn with engine timing out of specifications.

Full front end removal as standard to check and attend to the problematic chaffing coolant hoses etc aswell as access to engine block to use the correct and accurate tool to time the engine upon rebuild.

All rebuilt using a genuine OE timing chain kit including front crank main oil seal, OE engine casing sealant and engine oil and oil filter change.

Service interval reset and full ecu diagnostics carried out.

Major service carried out to this Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6 single turbo

Engine oil and oil filter changed

New full fuel filter housing assembly.

New air filter

New cabin filter

Gearbox oil change using Tranself NFX.

All usual service checks and adjustments carried out including service interval reset and full ecu diagnostics carried out.

Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6 for some TLC

Tming chain renewal carried out , all rebuilt using a genuine OE timing chain kit including front crank main oil seal, OE engine casing sealant and engine oil and oil filter change.

Full front end removal as standard to obtain access to use the correct crankshaft locating tool and check and attend to the problematic chaffing coolant hoses etc

Also supplied and fitted new auxiliary drive belt kit due to excessively worn and new crankshaft pulley due to excessive play.

Supplied and fitted new coolant radiator and ac condenser due to previous accident damage.

Attended to a few other niggles upon rebuild. Incorrectly routed wiring , airbox intake pipework loose fitting and mounting broken, upper turbo boost hose loose fitting and replaced several clips and bolts.

Service interval reset and full ecu diagnostics carried out.

Timing chain renewal carried out to this Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0 m9r 786. 2nd time around for this one and honestly , ive no idea how its been running without problems all this time. Previous chain has been fitted incorrectly. Everything over torqued, oil leaks and set out of time as pictured.

All rebuilt using a genuine OE timing chain kit including front crank main oil seal, OE engine casing sealant and engine oil and oil filter change.

Timing chain renewal carried out to this Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6 r9m single turbo. Mainly due to a massive oil leak , seeing as its at the reccomended interval, makes sense to get it all done in one hit.

Timing chain renewal carried out to this Renault Trafic 1.6 r9m single turbo.

Full front end removal as standard to obtain access to use the correct crankshaft locating tool and check and attend to the problematic chaffing coolant hoses etc

All rebuilt using a genuine OE timing chain kit including front crank main oil seal, OE engine casing sealant and engine oil and oil filter change.

Also supplied and fitted new auxiliary drive belt kit due to excessively worn.

Realigned front end upon rebuild , refit brake flexis onto strut mount, advised new oil filter housing at next service and AC pump to be replaced ( under warranty elsewhere ) and to replace glow plugs at next convenience.
