Lovely Renault Megane 275 Trophy we had recovered in to us, vehicle cut out while driving & wouldn’t restart.

Carried out some in depth diagnostics tests and found the issue to be the engine ecu, luckily we were able to recover all the information from the dead ecu & clone it into a replacement one saving the customer the expensive cost of the main dealer replacement & then the additional cost of the full custom dyno tune to run his hybrid turbo setup 💛

Mercedes E320d in today for diagnostic testing due to being stuck in limp mode with warning lights on the dash ⚠️, found the swirl flap motor to be burnt out & the egr stuck open.

All sorted now with swirl flaps & egr delete and one of our dyno developed remaps

BMW 320d in with adblue fault, this was by far the worst we have seen. The amount of crystallised adblue unbelievable & looked like a build up of snow under the car.

This was down to faulty adblue injector the customer opted for our SCR solution to remove the troublesome Adblue system.
