This job were to resolve the customers issues they had been getting due to a previous attempt at tuning 😔

The customer had mentioned that at the beginning they only wanted a stage 1, yeh fair enough, should be straight forward right? NOPE !

After getting the stage 1 done elsewhere, faults kept occurring, from CAT, DPF and Adblue efficiency so they were all removed as this was what the previous company thought was the issue, even after all this the car still smoked excessively and didn’t even feel any different,

We called out, and resolved the issue within an hour, customer back on the road and the car running 100% again, just remember, if everyone uses a tuning company doesn’t mean they know what there doing 😁

Yet again, another satisfied customer, and the problem resolved

Today’s job, you guessed it another insignia 🙂
This one was a diagnose and repair, job
Customer reported excessive smoking, poor fuel consumption and just not the best it can be😔

The car had been tuned by another company poorly, boost limiters untouched including other limiters aswell again untouched, the customer had asked for the DPF removing aswell, and it wasn’t even turned off causing the vehicle to try attempt regens due to poor workmanship and quality of the service they provided, just seemed pointless in doing the tuning in the first place

Yet again we resolved the issue using our custom file to correctly tune and modify the vehicles ecu to what the customer exactly wanted,

No more smoke, no more regen cycles,

Customer reached out to us, mentioning the car had already been mapped by another company, so was unsure if it was going to make a difference😏

And guess what, there is a noticeable difference between a poor map and a good one 💪

Now running 205bhp from the 170 standard 👌

Non runner due to Adblue failure ! 👍

Customer reached out to us regarding a non start and Adblue failure message on dash.

Of course we added our Adblue solution to this transit. Van is now back on the road, keeping a buisiness running.

Yes you guessed it… another insignia 😉

Symptoms this time was high idle speed, vehicle trying to regen but failing, and just down on power

After doing some diagnostic into the issues the customer was having we found the vehicle had been mapped by a well known company in Yorkshire, maxed out boost tables, maxed out fuelling, all this causing the dpf to become full a lot quicker than normal, looking at some live data we found the dpf at 136%ful, so we carried out a forced regen and applied out stage 1 custom tuning, at 205bhp+ and let’s just say the customer was over the moon with the difference in power and and the change our map made on the vehicle,

No more limp mode
No more boost issues
And most of all…
No more faults

We may have seen quiet, but trust us we haven’t 😊

Here’s a insignia from over the weekend, for the stage1 package we offer, customer mentioned wanting more power and just abit more oomph😉 especially having to change down from 6th on the motorway to get somewhere,

These insignias, Astras, Zafiras, well anything with the a20 engines make some nice achievements when being tuned, and a much nicer car to drive, customer was over the moon with the results, yet again another satisfied customer 😊
