🛠️Customer Notice – Payment Policy🛠️
Something we didn’t think we’d ever have to post but due to trust being broken we have been left with no choice!

At Apex Auto Services, all invoices must be paid in full before any vehicle is collected.

As a small, independent business, we unfortunately cannot operate as a credit lender or loan service. Prompt payment allows us to continue providing high-quality workmanship, parts, and customer service to everyone.

We would also like to remind a small number of customers that there are significant outstanding balances on their accounts. We ask that you please come forward as soon as possible to settle your invoices or contact us to discuss payment. ( If no contact is made or we don’t receive payment, we will be forced to take action)

We appreciate the understanding and support of our loyal customers — it genuinely helps keep our business running.

2012 Vauxhall Mokka came in with the engine management light on, after some investigation it required a new thermostat housing. We also noticed the rocker cover gasket was in need of replacement, this had caused the 2 out of the 4 spark plugs to be submerged in oil.
We also found oil in the antifreeze, this was caused from the oil cooler failing.
All parts replaced and the car returned back to the customer! 💪
Goes to show, there’s sometimes more to faults than meets the eye!

Been a busy start to the year as expected!🍾

✅- Mini Cooper in for head gasket & timing chain replacement, new clutch and new radiator! While
The engine was out we noticed a few more things that needed replacing, contacted the customer and happy to replace them saving money in the long run!

✅- Mitsubishi l200 in for rear half shaft seals, wheel bearings brake shoes and wheel cylinders, alongside a cambelt and water pump replacement and a fresh mot 💪

✅- transit came in with a blocked dpf and down on power! Dpf removed and sent off for cleaning. Carried out a smoke test and found the lower boost hose had split! All replaced and customer back on the road 👍

🎄 And that’s a wrap for 2025 at Apex Auto Services! 🎄

We’ll be closed in the garage from 19th December and reopening on 5th January. However, our mobile van will still be available 24/7 for breakdowns and urgent repairs throughout the Christmas period (excluding 24th–26th December).

✅Astra Gsi in for new subframe mount, patch on the rear inner sill, solid subframe bushes and a tonne of maintenance including replacement brake line from the abs pump to drivers side calliper, rocker cover gasket and much more!

✅ 2014 corsa for a replacement subframe, water pump, thermostat and coolant fl**ge replacement. Alongside a Mot which it passed with flying colours 🎉

Our mobile van out today keeping the school run going! Customer rang to say their minibus wouldn’t start!
This minibus was needed to do the school run this afternoon, new starter motor sourced and fitted! Battery test carried out which it passed with flying colours💪
