We specialise in precision weld repairs, from small corrosion patches to full panel reconstruction. Every repair is ground, sealed and prepared correctly before paint, so it lasts.

Rust repairs done the right way 👀⚡

This Ford Fiesta ST came in needing outer sill repairs, actually turning into inner and outer. Now fully welded and rebuilt properly.

We dont just cover it over.

The problem metal is cut back, the internal structural sections were repaired, zink coated and everything was rebuilt to restore strength where it actually matters.

Once complete, the inside was fully wax protected and the underbody treated to help prevent future corrosion.

Now it is ready to head into our paint shop for the finishing touches, exterior shine and blending 🎨✨

Jobs like this are about safety, longevity and doing it once, not doing it twice.

We carry out welding repairs on all types of vehicles, from cars and vans to classics and motorhomes.

This Ford Fiesta ST is in with us for a common issue on this variant.
Water ingress over time has caused corrosion in the outer sill, something many drivers never see until it becomes an problem.

Rather than covering it up, the area needs cutting out, repairing properly and coating with protection so it lasts.

We’ll be sharing the finished result once the work is complete.
