Kent TVR are able to offer a complete range of serivces to cater for all of your needs. from basic sericivng to complete restoration of your TVR or Classic Car. we are also able to undertake most jobs on a mobile basis for those that are unable to get the vehicle to us.

Whilst carrying out a rear brake caliper/pad change on a TVR 400se we spotted a badly cracked fuel hose, this was replaced with CODAN branded R9 fuel hose with a traceable supply back to the manufacturer.

With the traceable supply we can confirm that it is the genuine product & not fake like a lot of hose on sale on online auction sites.

Another one saved from a fiery end - check those hoses regularly!

Horrible handling.....

A recent purchase & first TVR for our customer, this Highland Grey Metallic Tuscan came to us complaining of "horrible handling & not inspiring much confidence".

A short inspection revealed despite having 7mm of tread and outwardly looking fine all four tyres were 13+ years old, with the oldest being 16 years old!

The chocolatey soft spiders required the world's supply of counterweights to balance, but are now running true.

A new full set of Uniroyal Rainsport 5"s fitted to replace the ageing rubber should certainly improve things, followed by a full geo check/setup.

Time to scrub the new tyres in & put a few miles on in this glorious weather.

Normal 12k Service has resumed.....

In these strange times where things have had to change, lots of jobs have been postponed but with lockdown easing things are getting very busy once again & normal 12k service has resumed!

With a clean bill of health this Tuscan is ready for the glorious 35°+ weather.
