Find out the MOT test status of a vehicle - check the date of the MOT test and the expiry date of an MOT test pass.

WANTED

Part time Customer Service Advisor/Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated individual who would need good organisational skills and the ability to multi task. This is a part time permanent position of either 30 hours per week or 35 hours per week and full support is given. If you possess these skills and qualities then we encourage you to apply.

Your duties would include:
* Dealing directly with customers over the phone and face to face
* Scheduling work to vehicles and informing customers of any additional repairs required with professionalism and excellent communication skills
* Answering the phone
* Interpreting customers concerns and liaising with the workshop
* Preparing estimates and invoices
* Replying to emails
* Ordering stock
* Dealing with returns of parts/tyres

Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

The hours of work would be
Monday to Friday 12.00 - 6.00pm (30 hours)
Or
Monday to Friday 11.00am - 6.00pm (35 hours)

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
