Let’s rewind a little.
We ran out of time before show to share the final stages of our Vincent project… so we’ve got plenty to catch you up on.
Starting with a few from the last moments of fabrication—before we move on to paint, upholstery, and final assembly.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to see our Vincent at the Bike Shed Show last weekend.
It meant a lot to finally share this project in person and we really appreciate all the kind comments.
Shout out to for putting on another epic event.

We’re proud to present the deBolex Vincent, created in collaboration with
This project brings together 14 years of design, development, and engineering at deBolex into a single motorcycle. A truly unique machine centred around one of the most beautiful engines ever created.
Thank you to our small team for their dedication throughout this journey. To for assembling the engine, and to for giving us the freedom to bring this vision to life.

Vincent Tail Assembly & Electronics Box Fabrication

A nice blend of old and new on this stage of the build.
The tail assembly came together with a mix of traditional metal shaping and modern 3D printing. The printed components have come out with a beautifully subtle texture - very reminiscent of cast aluminium - which suits the character of this project perfectly.
The tail base itself is a fairly involved piece, with some intricate geometry as it flows and wraps tightly around the subframe.
Alongside that, the electronics box took shape, designed to integrate cleanly within the build while keeping everything functional and accessible.

We’ve made good progress on our Vincent fuel tank.

The main tank skin is nearly complete and ready to be welded to the base, and the custom fuel cap has now been designed, fabricated, and fully integrated into the shell.

This tank is one of the defining pieces of the entire build, it’s exciting to see it take shape.

Time for some aluminium work on our Vincent.
We’ve been looking forward to putting some clothes on this build - starting with the fuel tank.
This project has involved a fair amount of CAD work, and while this is a great tool and a necessary part of the process, it does involve a lot of screen time. So we’ve been looking forward to getting to the bodywork stage, where shaping the aluminium panels by hand is just you, a sheet of aluminium and some simple hand tools.
