Whilst we are unable to get the car out there this year, I am really proud to confirm that #208 Chris Webb will be having our Heart with 44 names in and also Isla Caton and Chloe Balloqui names on board with him. Means a lot and please get behind Chris at the meetings. I may rock up with toys to hand out yet this year. Cheers Chris it means so much. Dan x

Its Dan JHF again. Done some number crunching today. We have the wings and front end inc sub-frame ready to go. Ryan has already sorted paint out. I, for one, would like to see us out this season, even if we only do Arly and HQ. I also don't want to let down all those kids whose names we have on the car. So watch this space as we try to source some rims and tyres. We hope to be ready by some point in March. The car will be smart but not signwritten so we are going bare basics to keep going. I will still rock up at meetings with toys for kids creating smiles. It hit me hard yesterday on Isla's 1st anniversary that we wouldn't have her on Ryan's shoulder this year. For the kids! ❤

Update on racing from Dan The Jay Harmer Foundation - Due to a lack of sponsorship and funding this year, despite our best efforts, we have made the tough decision NOT to race the 842 car this year. We will then use any spare money Ryan, and I have (not donations) to continue to prepare the car so that we should then be able to go again in 2024. We are disappointed that we have had to make this decision as we had created many smiles around tracks handing out toys to kids and also carry 46 names on the car of children that are important to the foundation. But we will be back in 2024. Thank you to all of our sponsors for previous years and we know that it is tough for people to put money in at these difficult times.
