cylinder heads the common problem which these engines suffer with is the std valve stem oil sills fall of and then it punches the metal retaining clip in to the valve guide then it domes the valve guide and starts to ware the valve stem

We replace the valves
Remove the steel guide and use bronze
With cosworth valve stem oil seal

They do require the holes for the wiper motor,washer jets,bonnet stops cutting in which takes some time but over all a good copy
