Bently Continental Flying Spur!

Many garages refused to work on this car because the job was going to be too excessive.

It had a faulty starter motor which meant the engine and gear box had to be removed!
This is a massive undertaking especially on a W12 engine.
We had to remove many parts from the engine, turbos, manifolds, mounts, electrics dismantled.
While the engine was out we replaced the starter motor, & starter motor
wiring loom, turbo seals & gasket, rocker gaskets, spark plugs & spark plug seals, then we rebuilt & relocated the engine.
We put new oil & filter in, gear box oil, coolant fluids, air conditioning
re charge.
What a beautiful sound to hear it roar back into life!

Vauxhall Combi

Deteriorated engine mount causing excessive play & movement in the engine.
We replaced this.

After investigation we had a major exhaust leak and found the cat had been welded to the main section of pipe & had a large hole in the weld.
We removed the old pipe and replaced with a new pipe and fixed the exhaust leak.

Damage on the front & rear bumper. Nearside rear door & rear quarter.
We removed the rear bumper, carried out all the repairs, primmed, prepped. At the moment ready for the spray booth to be painted.
When we paint we'll paint all the repaired panels & blend into front door.
