A vehicles paintwork can always look “shiny” until you put a torch on it.
Just because paintwork is shiny it doesn’t mean the paints in good condition. Poor washing technique is the main reason for swirls and the “spider web” . BRAND NEW cars have swirl marks.

Only way to remove them is to polish them out. Single stage or 2 stage paint correction will do this. Check the results on my page !
