From the showroom to the racecourse, this was a special day for Platinum Motor Group 🏇✨

We were proud to sponsor and hold a race in our name at Bath Racecourse, the Platinum Motor Group Fillies’ Novice Stakes.

For us as a local motor group, partnerships like this are about far more than just having our name attached to an event. It’s about supporting well-known local venues, building relationships within the community, and putting the Platinum Motor Group name in front of thousands of people in a completely different environment outside of the showroom. 🙌

Seeing our branding around the racecourse, across the screens, and attached to an official race was a proud moment for the team.

Alongside sponsoring the race itself, we also selected the Best Turned Out horse, which went to Curtain Caller 👏 before Darah took the win in the main event 🏆

A brilliant afternoon representing Platinum Motor Group… shame none of the wins came from the betting apps 😂

Great to see one of our vans out on the road for such an inspiring cause 💛🚐

As part of our latest sponsorship partnership, we’ve proudly provided a Renault Trafic van to Lee from to support his incredible fundraising journey across the UK.

Lee is taking on this challenge in memory of his late brother, Aaron, who sadly passed away in 2019 after battling leukaemia. Lee is now continuing Aaron’s fundraising legacy in support of Anthony Nolan 💛

From collection day to seeing the van fully branded and road-ready, it’s been amazing watching everything come together ahead of the challenge.

The journey includes:

🚴 1,400km of cycling
⛰️ Tackling the Three Peaks carrying bikes
🛶 70km of kayaking across the largest lakes in England, Scotland & Wales

At Platinum Motor Group, we’re honoured to play a part in supporting such an inspiring cause and look forward to following Lee’s journey every step of the way over the coming weeks.

The other week, we took part in the Bath City Football Club Sponsors Football Tournament ⚽

Having entered a couple of years ago, we were excited to be back again, and the whole team absolutely smashed it.

Special mentions have to go to Alex and Beau for their outfield performances, and Callum for some seriously impressive goalkeeping 🧤

Claire didn’t come to play as team manager… best believe she’s a natural 😅⚽

Despite a brilliant team effort, we were knocked out in the semi-final, but we’ll be back next year going for the win. (We’re definitely not competitive at all…)

A great day representing Platinum, with brilliant teamwork, plenty of laughs, and even better team bonding.

A super exciting handover this week!💛💚

John, our Sales Manager here at Platinum Vauxhall, recently handed over the keys to Andrew from Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity to their new aware+ vehicle.

We’re super excited to be supporting this amazing charity for the second year running , providing a Vauxhall Grandland to help the team get out into communities across Wiltshire and Bath.

Andrew’s been out and about visiting local communities, sharing really important life-saving skills and helping people understand more about the incredible work the air ambulance crew do every day.

At Platinum, we’re all about giving back to the community , especially when it comes to supporting a charity that could affect any of us, and quite literally help save lives when it matters most.

It’s been amazing seeing the programme grow and the impact it’s having - especially with young people getting stuck in and local organisations engaging with it too.

We’re really proud to play a small part in something that’s making such a big difference across the region. Keep it going team! 💛💚

Big news for us… 👏

We’re absolutely delighted to share that Platinum Renault has been named Renault Best Dealer Group of the Year at the Renault Group Annual Dealer Awards! 🏆

Our Director Paul Mitchell and Managing Director Jeremy Cuff were in Manchester to collect the award on behalf of the team, a proud moment for everyone involved.

Unfortunately, our Brand Manager Matt Bailey couldn’t attend, but a big thank you to him for his dedication and support behind the scenes.

This award recognises performance across the whole business, from sales through to aftersales, and celebrates the very best across the Renault network.

It’s been a big year for us, which makes this one even more special, and it’s all down to the hard work, consistency, and team spirit shown across the team every single day
