Another carbonfiber repair finished at Carbon Repair UK.

This cracked boot panel from an Aston Martin Vantage V12 needed a functional repair before going on for paint.

Rather than replacing the panel, we’ve repaired the damaged area, restored the strength and got it ready for the next stage.

Once painted, you’d never know there had been a crack there.

Another carbonfiber part saved from replacement and back where it belongs.

We recently had this absolutely stunning Aston Martin Vantage GT8 in the workshop to repair its damaged front splitter, so it’s pretty cool to now see the actual car out on the road being put through its paces.

The splitter had been damaged, but rather than replacing a rare and expensive carbonfibre part, we repaired it and brought it back to a proper showroom finish.

The GT8 is a very special Aston Martin and definitely deserved to be treated that way. We took our time with the repair, getting the carbonfibre and finish right so it looks exactly how it should again.

It’s always satisfying seeing something that came into the workshop damaged and looking far from its best, then seeing the finished car back where it belongs.

Safe to say, we wouldn’t mind having this one parked outside the workshop every day! 😂

We have been working in partnership with CTR Developments in this amazing engineering project:

The CTR01 it is a bespoke sports prototype designed and built by CTR Developments, rather than a production race car bought from one of the major prototype manufacturers.

CTR Developments is a specialist engineering company run by the Chamberlain family. Matthew Chamberlain has a PhD in engineering and was responsible for much of the CAD/CAM and development work. Matthew ultimately developed the CTR01 after progressing through karting and sports-car racing.

Next years challenge is the 2027 Equipe Sports Prototypes series.

Over the last few years some serious aerodynamic developments have been made and we have partnered to create some of the bodywork with CTR, take a look at the latest parts we have been working on.

🔥 FERRARI PUROSANGUE – CARBONFIBER WHEEL ARCH REPAIR 🔥

Another beautiful Ferrari Purosangue in the workshop, this time with damaged Carbonfiber wheel arches.

With a car like the Purosangue, replacing Carbonfiber components can be an expensive option — but specialist repair can often restore the original parts and save them from being replaced.

Our team carefully repaired the damaged Carbonfiber, rebuilt the affected areas and restored the finish ready to go back onto this incredible Ferrari.

RARE. VERY RARE. 🇮🇹🔥

Not every day a Ferrari Monza SP2 arrives at Carbon Repair UK…

And when a car this special needs attention, the repair has to be just as special.

This stunning Ferrari Monza SP2 came to us with damage to its Carbonfiber front splitter.

The SP2 is part of Ferrari’s exclusive Icona series and was created in extremely limited numbers alongside the single-seat SP1. Ferrari produced just 499 SP1 and SP2 cars in total, making these some of the most exclusive modern Ferraris on the road. (Credit to Ferrari)

With extensive Carbonfiber used throughout the car, maintaining the original appearance, structure and finish is absolutely critical.

Our job is to carefully repair the damaged Carbonfiber, retaining the original shape and finish rather than simply replacing this beautiful piece of Ferrari craftsmanship.

🔥 A CARBON FIBRE PIECE FROM A VERY SPECIAL PORSCHE…

This isn’t just any rear diffuser… this is from the legendary Porsche Carrera GT. 🖤

We’ve had this beautiful carbon fibre diffuser in at Carbon Repair UK for a refurbishment of the carbon and clear coat, bringing the finish back to the standard you’d expect from a car of this calibre.

The Carrera GT is already one of Porsche’s most desirable modern classics, with just 1,270 cars produced worldwide between 2003 and 2006.

And in the UK, they really are a rare sight — current DVLA-based figures show only 28 Carrera GTs currently licensed for the road, with a further 60 recorded as SORN. (Porsche Newsroom)

🔥 PORSCHE 918 SPYDER — CARBONFIBER SPLITTER REPAIR 🔥

Not every repair that comes through our workshop is just about fixing the damage… some are about bringing something very special back to exactly how it should be.

This Porsche 918 Spyder front Carbonfiber splitter came to us cracked, scratched and damaged, but the goal was simple — get it back to a showroom finish.

We carefully repaired the Carbonfiber structure, addressed the damage and refinished the splitter so it’s ready to go back where it belongs — looking like it never happened.

And this isn’t just any Porsche…

🏁 Only 918 examples of the 918 Spyder were built worldwide.

⚡ It combines a 4.6-litre V8 with electric motors to produce around 887hp.

🚀 0–62mph takes roughly 2.6 seconds.

🔋 It was one of the cars that helped define the modern hybrid hypercar era — alongside the McLaren P1 and Ferrari LaFerrari.
