We are looking to recruit an experienced vehicle technician to join our busy family business in Halwell, Totnes. We work on all types of vehicles but also have main dealer diagnostics for Jaguar Land Rover, VAG Group and PSA Vauxhall. Applicants must have experience and qualifications in diagnostics (City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3) and be able to maintain and repair vehicles to a high standard. They need to Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge, positive can-do attitude and work as part of a team. An MOT qualification is preferred but not essential. CPD training is available up to IMI Master-tech level. Official Statement from Kingsbridge Autos

Kingsbridge Autos is aware of a recent Facebook post regarding a vehicle recovery following a police stop and arrest.

We would like to clarify that no property was removed or stolen by any member of our staff. Kingsbridge Autos acted solely on instructions from the attending police officers in relation to the vehicle recovery.

Any property referenced in the post was removed by the police officer involved in the stop and subsequent arrest. Our role was limited strictly to the transportation and recovery of the vehicle as directed.

Kingsbridge Autos operates in full compliance with police instructions and industry regulations at all times. We take allegations of misconduct extremely seriously and strongly refute any suggestion that our staff acted improperly.

We would also like to make it clear that we do not tolerate aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards our staff under any circumstances. Our team members are carrying out their duties professionally and in accordance with official instructions, and they deserve to be treated with respect at all times.

If the individual concerned has questions regarding their belongings, we would respectfully advise them to contact Devon and Cornwall Police directly.
