Happy Father’s Day to the man behind Torbay Distilling 🥃❤️

If you’ve ever visited our shop, chances are you’ve met Dad.

You’ll usually find him in shorts and flip-flops, talking to absolutely anyone who walks through the door, telling stories, speaking French to anyone who’ll listen (or pretending he’s French if they won’t 🇫🇷😂), and somehow shopping for his next car despite only buying the last one six months ago.

He loves good food, a good glass of w**e, and sometimes, his family.

Behind the scenes, he’s done more for this business than he’ll ever take credit for. From the early days to where we are now, his hard work, support, and belief in what we’re building have helped make Torbay Distilling what it is today.

So here’s to Dad. Thank you for everything you do for the business, for the family, and for keeping us all entertained along the way.

What a weekend at the English Riviera Airshow ✈️☀️🥃

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a drink, a chat, or a cocktail. The Rum Punch absolutely flew out and it was brilliant seeing so many people trying Torbay Rum and Torbay Gin for the first time.

Massive thanks to , The Pizza Co and for keeping us fed throughout the weekend. We definitely wouldn’t have made it through without you 😂🍕🥟

Shoutout to our neighbours Freedom Boat Club and Exeter Airport for the company and laughs between the busy spells 🤝

We love events like this because they remind us how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive local community. Seeing people choose local businesses over the big brands never gets old.

The sun is shining and it’s less than a week until the start of the English Riviera Airshow! To celebrate we are giving away Bottle #1 out of the #250 bottle run!☀

The juniper-led gin has been carefully crafted with locally grown rosemary, a hint of lavender and uses our signature blue colour as a homage to the beautiful riviera coastline 🌊

Created to celebrate the English Riviera Airshow, our limited edition gin has returned for 2026, distilled just minutes from the Torbay coastline.

Fresh lemon, fragrant rosemary and a hint of lavender come together for a smooth, refreshing serve with a subtle savoury edge.

Its signature colour-changing magic is back!

Vivid blue in the bottle, turning soft pink with tonic, inspired by the skies over the bay at sunset.

The label design is by .me , whose bold, playful work brings a modern take on Riviera life.

Only 250 bottles, all individually numbered.

Now available online and in-store in the Stable Yard Cockington. Also available during the airshow on Paignton Green!
