Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st December 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday 02nd January onwards - Normal hours

Really sorry if you've been trying to get hold of us. Open reach cut us off yesterday whilst transferring to a digital line. We had no notice to say this was happening and now apparently it's stuck in the process. I can't even transfer the phone as because it's now digital I need Internet data to do it and the reception here is awful. At the moment we have no phone, no Internet and we cannot take card payments. If you need to book in or speak to us please pop in if possible. Hopefully this should be sorted quickly but I thought I'd post just in case.

We will not be opening, as most businesses aren't, on Monday in respect of our late Queen Elizabeth II passing. It was a shock to us as of the whole nation when she went. She was a true inspiration to everyone and did her duty until the very last. God bless you maam..... and thank you. 😪🇬🇧 x

To all our wonderful customers.
Just a quick post to say that in light of the Government announcement tonight we won't be shutting and we will carry on as normal for the foreseeable future. We have already put in procedures in place to ensure everyone's safety and ask customers to wear masks if attending the garage. We also ask that all bookings and enquiries be made over the phone. Hopefully we will all get over this horrible situation this year and get back to some sort of normal. Thank you for being understanding. The guys at ECRG x

To all our lovely customers.
If anyone was wondering, we will not be closing during the lockdown and will continue as usual following government guidelines.
Garages are essential businesses so unless we are forced to close we will be carrying on as normal.
We have safety procedures in place that we are using to limit customer contact as much as possible including taking payment over the phone etc
If you wish to make an appointment for your vehicle, we are taking bookings over the phone.

Had this from the government today...

6-month MOT exemptions will be ending on 1 August

Today, 29 June, the Department for Transport announced that the 6-month MOT exemption for cars, vans and motorcycles introduced during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, will end on 1 August

So reading this if your MOT runs out before the 1st of August you will get a 6 month extension added on a day or so before it expires.
I would recommend anyone ( and most people are anyway ) to still have their MOT at the normal date that it is due for safety purposes and also because you are probably used to having it done then so you don't forget next time.
