Another one for rhigos road motors😁

Tilt & slide having a bit of love ready for MOT Wednesday 😊

Battery tray welded up

2 plates cut out of the bed and 2 new ones welded in place

Clean bed and re paint using raptor paint ( white kit with grey tint seperate)

Chassis cleaned.

De scale chassis Monday and paint with a full day drying before test 👌

Volvo

Body removed ✅

Air bag mounts cut (plates to be re made) ✅

Z cams stripped and cleaned (ready for grease) ✅

Spray suppression bracket being made ✅

Hubs/ shoes cleaned ✅

De-scale diffs/axles ✅

Small bit of welding left to do
Fit hubs
Fit new flexi
Replace shock mounts
Replace arb bushes
Sand blast chassis
Paint chases
Fit new wheels studs and nuts
Fit ned body mounts
Re fit body

Here at J & C Commercials we can cover wide range of repairs mobile/ on your premises 🙂

We received a call from a new customer this afternoon to see if we could fit him in this week for a n/sf wheel bearing on his transit, as we have all hands tied on another job ( BIG REFURB JOB ) we thought it might be best to squeeze it in this evening to keep the van out making money and keeps a customer happy and willing to return in the future!

Part was sourced at a local shop in Aberdare so we took a drive down to pontyclun to fit new bearing, vehicle repaired within the hour and customer very happy to have they’re vehicle back 🙂
