Important Customer Notice-Fake Service History & Invoices.

We have recently been made aware of a fraudulent service invoice being circulated in connection with the sale of a vehicle.

A gentleman contacted us after purchasing a van that was sold with what appeared to be a full service history, including claiming a timing belt and water pump replacement carried out by our workshop. Sadly, shortly after purchase, the timing belt failed, resulting in catastrophic engine damage.

We can confirm the following:

We have never seen, serviced, or worked on this vehicle.

The invoice provided is not genuine

Our logo has been copied from a sign inside our workshop and photoshopped onto a fake invoice.

To help protect our customers and the wider public, we have attached an image of the fake invoice alongside an example of a genuine invoice issued by us.

Please be cautious when purchasing vehicles sold with service history. Always check that invoices are authentic and issued by the business named on them.

If you are ever unsure, please contact us directly. We are more than happy to confirm whether any work has genuinely been carried out by our workshop.

Vacancy- Part time Customer Liaison Executive.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Executive to join our growing team at our garage in Paddock Wood Kent
This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to joint a vibrant and growing department.
Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Liaison Executive your role will be to actively generate leads and to co-ordinate the booking of appointments within our garage.

You will be required to actively prospect, follow-up and update Excel spread sheet and our GDS management system (training will be given on GDS management system)

You will work towards the increase of the garages customer retention rates and targets that will be set.

You will have direct contact with our client database and will require you to work towards a high standard when liaising with them.

You will be required to exceed internal and external customer expectations in line with our trade body guidelines.

Carry out any other duties professionally as directed by your manager.

About You

Previous experience of administration or call centre operation within the motor trade would be advantageous.

Customer focused with excellent communication and organisation skills

An ability to work towards a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.

Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner.

Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

A good level of knowledge/experience using Excel.
