Distributors and ignition are one of those areas with masses of different options available. However my favourite option has to be the 123 Bluetooth distributor. 123 have been around for quite some time and I'm sure you'd have already heard of them. But not everyone is aware of the bonuses of the Bluetooth unit. This distributor has the usual adjustable maps, but does away with adjusting screw on the side of the body. Which on hard to reach installs like this Lotus TC is a lifesaver. But an added BONUS that people aren't aware of with the Bluetooth is the dashboard feature, giving you speed, temperature, tacho, and more. And EVEN BETTER, you are able to immobilize the distributor through your phone, so if you do have to park it somewhere that you're unsure of, you have an added level of protection covering you. This distributor really is amazing. A total fit and forget solution and well worth the extra money over other units.

Good evening everybody!
It's that time again (somehow). Another year passed and gone 😬. But at least that means it's time for my fun little giveaway. This year we have some snacks, decor, and audio to make your time at home that little bit better.

We recently had the great pleasure of helping the nice folk at Blundell's school for their annual summer fete. I was asked if I could help with some cars for the interactive display for the students, so we happily provided a (somewhat Vauxhall 🤭) mix of classic cars, and the ALMIGHTY ami for the students to look around, as well as inviting some customer friends up for a relaxed afternoon out with their cars. We also took our wheel change game up for people to go against the clock and test out their skills. An early benchmark was set right at the beginning of the afternoon, without any real competition, but coming in right at the last minute, one of the students set a scorcher of a time, beating his rival by less than a second, earning bragging rights, and a new Fujitsu instant camera that we provided for the prize. All in all, a great afternoon! And we were really honored to be able to help and be included with the festivities.

I like it when a classic comes in for work, so I can Crack out the period car protectors!
This cool MGb is in for a little shopping list of bits. New carb overflow pipes, full service, choke cable, and an electricronic dizzy conversion kit.
It'll also want the float chembers tightening up, but that'll wait another day when we have the parts.

It's not just lovely classics we have in. We also have cars like this CRAZY Audi R8 in. This car is a absolute monster. It is loud both visually and audibly. Fully customized with a one-off wrap. Supercharged V8 engine with 700 horsepower and racing suspension. It may be conspicuous, but when you can move faster than the speed of sound that doesn't really matter 😅. On a car like this, the aesthetic is perfect. And it sounds like thunder rolling over the mountains with its uprated exhaust. It was in recently to have some more development work on a very tricky supercharger belt system that had always given us problems. But with redesigned redesigned pulleys. (it's been a matter of trial and error,) The belt is now staying still and driving that huge supercharger happily. I love when it turns up for a week,

Nice little trio of in today. Had a large brace of interesting motors in recently so keep your eyes peeled for more. The just needed a quick brake mechanism free up on the handbrake. The is in for a small water loss issue and checkover. And the is in for some new pipe work on the tank, and replace some worn hinges. If you have something different and don't know where to go, give us a visit! There is always something obscure here.

Little Herald all sorted out and paintwork corrected by . Now off home to have a life taking the clients mum out and about to enjoy the car. We're glad this little car will have some use again.
