Just getting prepared for sale is this Thorpe built 3 stall 7.5 ton build on a R registered Iveco. Usual Thorpe build quality and based on an old school Iveco without speed limiter or ECU electronics.

This one screams 'first lorry' and is presented in very good order. We have looked after this one for quite a period of its life, sold it used to its last two owners and are pleased to offer it to its new owner with a fresh MOT and a full warranty package.

Good condition, good fitout, good payload and now looking for a new good home.

Whilst not entirely horsebox related, a little sideline project we took on in between builds recently to bring this old girl back up to be a working machine for the farm.

Mechanically worked through to make sure all is as it should be and ready for its new life and then finished off with a fresh coat of paint.

Born in 1953 she has probably seen more fields than most of us and now dwarfed by modern standards. However she has been given a new lease of life to continue serving as intended.

A beautiful new 3.5 ton Thorpe C**t 2 stall all ready for collection for an existing client to work alongside her current 7.5ton horsebox.

Built specifically for pony and carriage set up with loading ramps and modification to suit whilst still allowing it to revert to allow her to carry two big horses as and when needed.

Finished in Porsche Nato Green for the client along with complimenting faux leather upholstery (and a personal plate for the lil wee horse cargo!!)

It is with immense sadness that i must write the words that our much loved colleague Mark Sevenoaks has passed away suddenly.

Mark worked with us for well over a decade and in that time his can-do, no nonsense attitude cemented him to be a go-to chap to not only get his work done but also to impart advice to others.

His employment history was steeped in esteem, working for many of the high marquees of the vehicle repair industry over his career, all whilst making the trickiest of mechanical work seem like child’s play with his common sense approach.

If you have had your vehicle repaired, serviced or MOT’d by us since he has worked with us, you can be assured that his expertise has been part of the team that have kept your wheels rolling and got you to that important event.

Working closely with each other as we do here, staff become more like family and for us it is no different and so today feels as though we have lost a brother.

It goes without saying he will be greatly missed and would respectfully ask for your understanding whilst we navigate the coming days and weeks.

We will look to show Mark the honour he deserves by somehow ‘getting on with it and making it happen’ he certainly would have done so.
