Lovely BMW M2 in for front discs and pads.

The discs were noted on previous MOT advisories due to inner/outer surface corrosion/pitted.

New discs, pads and wear indicator fitted and it sailed it’s MOT with no advisories 😎

If you need any brake work carried out, we can normally have these repairs done in a morning or afternoon on the same day 👌🏻

You can spend years saying “one day I’ll do it”.

Or you can take the leap and just do it 💪

An empty unit. A pressure washer. A ridiculous amount spent on tools. Branding, uniform, signage. A lot of paint. Plenty of late nights.

And eventually actual cars and vans coming through the door!

Not many of these left now in this condition, it was just as clean underneath as it was on the outside 🔥

Any rice rocket enthusiasts? 🚀

We had this immaculate Honda Civic Type R (EP3) JDM spec, in for a set of Yellow Speed Racing coilovers and intermittent non start. 🇯🇵

The vehicle was checked over on the ramp and we can safely say, it was just as clean underneath as it was on top 💎

The starting issue was traced to a faulty battery, the battery was replaced with a Yuassa 5000 series with a 5 year warranty 👌🏻

The weather is starting to get colder now 🥶 🧊

Don’t get caught out with a faulty battery, give us a shout for a free battery health check and test, it may save you hassle in the coming weeks as the temperature drops, prevention is better than cure 🔋 🪫

Another roadside breakdown, another job turned around quickly. 🚗🔧

This customer was heading to Inverness when their vehicle broke down. The AA patrol diagnosed a faulty alternator, and the vehicle was dropped off with us late morning.

We sourced the replacement part, fitted a new alternator and auxiliary belt, and had them safely back on the road by 1pm. 👌

When I committed to taking on a unit at Strathore Business Park in Thornton to open The Car Den, no one knew about the roadworks or the road completely closing at the rail bridge 😱 just my luck 🤦‍♀️😆

But a few thousand pound down already investing in equipment, tools and work done to the unit there was no going back!

We would love your continued support as access is restricted for 6 months. Keep recommending us, sharing our posts.

The road is planned to be shut from October to March! We will still be fully accessible from the Kirkcaldy end as in this video.

If you are coming from the Glenrothes/Cardenden end you will not get through Thornton, you will have to go via the a92.
